    Living Will?

Legal instrument declaring whether you wish to die naturally stopping
life prolonging  medical procedures in case of "terminal medical condition." 
"Terminal condition" means 
  • Death is imminent, or that you are in a persistent vegetative state
  • Determine by the attending physician and a physician specializing in the illness. 
Living Will is legal instrument declaring whether you wish to die naturally or continue life-prolonging medical procedures in the event of a terminal medical condition.

Necessary Condition Before Use
  • death is imminent
  • persistent vegetative state. 
Terminal medical condition may be determine by the attending physician or  a physical specializing in the illness.

Add to Living Will?
  • Let die naturally if "No quality of life"
  • Time frame before living will is valid,   e.g. person live for one month before terminating life support
