National Council on Aging Drug Discount Program Eligibility Information Check online to see if you might be eligible to participate in a public or private program that will allow you to save money on prescription drugs. This site is the result of a public/private partnership led by the National Council of Aging. You will be asked to complete an anonymous questionnaire and will then be informed of any money-saving program for which you might qualify.
