Mayberry moved into estate planning in the mid-1990's with a view to represent local clients as a counselor for the middle class focusing solely on trusts, estates, elder law, and special needs planning.

1980 to 2000, national practice Washington D.C. Dick's office was  was 888-16th Street, N.W. [Motion Picture Assn Bldg [next Hay Adams Hotel], and across from the White House. 

2000, Dick relocated to Tysons City, Virginia for the convenience of his clients; and brings years of experience and judgement honed from his Washington and Virginia practices.

Commitment to the Legal Community 

Appointed Legal Practice Monitor by District of Columbia Court of Appeals for D.C. Bar's Practice Assistance Program to mentor and provide status reports to Court on progress by a lawyer suspended from law practice. Mayberry reported to the D.C. Court of Appeals which determined to restore the lawyers license to practice law.
